A few days ago, the one-time tire capsule injection molding machine developed by Qingdao University of Science and Technology under the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" national major equipment initiative successfully passed an expert evaluation organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. This milestone marks a significant breakthrough in the field of injection molding technology for tire production.
Experts have noted that this one-step tire capsule injection molding machine integrates advanced technologies such as screw rotation (one-step method) injection molding, electric screw clamping vulcanizers, hot oil circulation temperature control vulcanization systems, injection machine water circulation temperature control devices, DC speed control, frequency conversion adjustment systems, and automatic detection and control units. The machine has been fully designed, manufactured, commissioned, and integrated, meeting all user requirements through practical testing.
The innovation also incorporates two core technologies with independent intellectual property rights: one-step injection molding and electric screw-clamping vulcanization. These breakthroughs have overcome numerous theoretical and technical challenges, addressing key limitations in traditional injection methods such as capacity, precision, and pressure control. As a result, the application scope of injection molding has significantly expanded, leading to improved product quality and performance.
Additionally, the device features a simple structure, compact design, high efficiency, energy savings, ease of operation, and maintenance. It represents a major leap forward in the field of capsule injection molding, with clear original innovations and international competitiveness.
Experts recommend further development of multi-station and series equipment to better meet diverse market demands. So far, the project has secured 3 international invention patents and 5 national patents, highlighting its technological value and commercial potential.
