Recently, the SCZ9-25000/35/10.5, the world's largest capacity dry-type transformer developed and manufactured by Shun Te Electric, successfully passed all routine, type, and special tests—including the critical short-circuit resistance test. All technical specifications met or exceeded the contract requirements, marking a major milestone for the company. Over the past six months, Shun Te Electric has made significant progress in several key product development projects, showcasing its growing expertise and capabilities in high-voltage power equipment. According to reports, this groundbreaking dry-type transformer is one of the core components supplied by Shunte Electric Co., Ltd. for the expansion project at Shanghai Pudong International Airport. The successful completion of the project was no small feat. When the company first learned about the opportunity in June 2005, the marketing team quickly formed a dedicated project team. With strong support from design, production, finance, and logistics departments, the company meticulously prepared for the bidding process. Leadership maintained a clear understanding of market competition and customer needs, which led to a well-informed decision that ultimately allowed them to outperform strong competitors. On August 26 of the same year, they won the client’s approval and secured the contract. However, signing the contract was just the beginning. The client required the transformer to be sent to the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center by January 2006 for a comprehensive series of tests. Completing such a large-scale project within such a tight timeframe posed a significant challenge to Shunte Electric’s operational and technical capabilities. This project not only tested their engineering skills but also their ability to manage complex logistics and meet strict deadlines under pressure. This achievement highlights Shunte Electric’s commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
