When choosing a conveyor toaster, consider these key aspects: 1. **Product Compatibility**: Ensure the toaster's product opening (usually 1.5 to 3 inches) accommodates what you plan to toast. Standard items like bread or English muffins should fit without issue, but larger items like Texas toast or bagels require careful consideration. 2. **Toasting Time**: The duration of the toasting cycle impacts the texture and color of the toast. A faster cycle results in lighter toast, while a slower cycle yields darker results. Select a toaster that allows you to customize the cycle to your desired outcome. 3. **Heat Control**: Conveyor toasters typically heat food from both the top and bottom. For even heating, a single control setting suffices. If you need distinct temperatures or wish to toast only one side, opt for a model with independent top and bottom heating controls. 4. **Electrical Requirements**: Always confirm your facility has the necessary utilities for the toaster. Models vary in voltage requirements, so ensure compatibility with your existing outlets and placement.
