Vacuum packaging machinery technology has developed rapidly solenoid valve needs to be improved

China's vacuum packaging machinery industry began in the 1970s, with rapid development starting from technology introduction and subsequent absorption. This allowed the industry to start at a relatively high level. After more than three decades of growth, China is now capable of producing a wide range of vacuum inflatable packaging machines. Manufacturing companies are now spread across the country, with the exception of some remote regions such as Xinjiang, Tibet, and Qinghai. However, among these enterprises, only a few specialize exclusively in vacuum packaging machines. Most are small or medium-sized businesses that operate alongside other products, and many simply assemble components rather than manufacturing them from scratch. The current product range is quite comprehensive, meeting most market demands. The main types available include single-chamber, double-chamber, conveyor belt, tubular, rotary vacuum chamber, thermoforming, and gas-flushing models. These are mostly semi-automatic, with fewer fully automatic, continuous-operation, or large-chamber machines suitable for liquid packaging. There is still a lack of efficient, specialized vacuum packaging machines tailored for specific applications. Most of China’s nitrogen-filled vacuum packaging machines have been developed based on the digestion and absorption of foreign technologies. While the design and structure are comparable to international models, there are still gaps in terms of component quality and overall reliability. Advanced technologies such as mixed-gas systems, heat-pipe sealing, and high-vacuum solenoid valves are widely used in developed countries, but China still lags behind in these areas. Some product categories, such as certain types of vacuum packaging machines, remain underdeveloped. Looking ahead, China should continue to learn from advanced foreign technologies, accelerate the adoption of high-tech solutions, fill in existing product gaps, and focus on improving component production to enhance machine reliability and expand application fields. By doing so, the industry can further strengthen its position in both domestic and international markets.

Home Ev Charger

A home electric vehicle charger is a device that provides convenient charging for electric vehicles. We can install and use it at home. Common home chargers include wall-mounted charging stations and portable chargers, such as QINGYUAN's portable charger, which supports a variety of voltage and current specifications and is suitable for electric vehicles compatible with J1772. When we choose a home charger, we need to consider factors such as charging speed, installation space, and connection method.
