10) The winch signal must be sensitive and reliable, not clear and accurate, and must not be driven. Motor vehicle drivers and winch drivers must be certified to work and strictly implement the "Technical Operation Procedures" of this type of work.
11) When the winch relay is changed, the car must be stopped first, then the car is blocked by the car, and then the hook is removed. When the hook is changed, it must be directed by the on-duty monitor.
