The automobile consumption structure was further adjusted and optimized. The sales growth of new energy vehicles reached 53.3%, and the market share of self-owned brand passenger cars increased by 0.7%. "Old fast" means that the used car market maintains rapid growth. Based on the rapid growth in 2016, it is expected that the number of used car transactions will exceed 12 million in 2017, a year-on-year growth rate of around 20%, and the effect of the active second-hand car policy is accelerating.

At the same time, the scale of car consumption continues to expand. In the first 11 months of 2017, the retail sales of auto commodities of units above designated size were close to 3.8 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6%, accounting for 26% of the retail sales of consumer units above the quota for the same period, and autos played a key role in steady growth and consumption expansion. .

In 2017, the Ministry of Commerce accelerated the supply-side structural reforms in the automotive circulation sector. The first is to issue and implement the "Automotive Sales Management Measures."
