Operation

Users can select eight different spacing options by connecting curved plates around the rims to form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, with the length controlled by Tsui pitch to adjust seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are available, each side trimmed with an S-shaped putter, which pushes the transmission rod. The rod is driven by the wheel, with wheels and types on the same shaft, so when the wheels turn, they create spacing and release seeds into the funnel. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, allowing three sub-bearings to perform accurate opening and closing actions, ensuring seeds fall into the soil for precise planting.

The sides of the shaft are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners for adjustment (with M6 rod nuts fixed). When the human-driven seeder moves forward, the sprocket drives intermittent motion to achieve sowing. The planting system allows for single-grain corn planting and two tablets, meeting the needs of most regional farmers. The factory provides five specifications of seed rounds, allowing users to choose based on grain size and color. When changing the wheel cover, remove the seed round and push it manually. Note: For user convenience, the factory installs two types of wheel sizes (market leader), and once installed, the adjustment is complete before official sowing. Before sowing, check if the seeds are normal and ensure proper operation during the process. If any issues arise, address them promptly. Failure to do so may result in reduced germination or other problems, and the factory will not be responsible.

Precautions

1.When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box. 2.Be cautious of foreign objects in the nozzle when the soil is wet or rainy.

3.Match the seed round according to the species.

4.Do not run, pull down, or push down (in the direction of the arrow).

5.Control the seeding rate at 35-40 meters per minute.

6.Strictly prohibit children from playing with the seeder or touching the gears to avoid damage or injury.

7.The seed tank must have at least one-third capacity.

8.Always follow the arrow direction when operating the seeder.

9.If you notice a significant decrease in seed usage per acre, check for blockages or failures to avoid losses.

10.Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.

11.Adjust spacing carefully, remembering to align and fix parts properly (especially the positive sides).
