Branches in Suzhou and Dalian were created in 2012 and 2015 respectively.

2-1. Basic Introduction
Rubber vulcanizing press applies to all kinds of rubber (natural rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone rubber, etc.) for vulcanizing and compression molding.
This machine can be used to produce O-rings, sealing parts, oil seals, auto parts, rubber crash pads, rubber air springs, keyboards, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stoppers, silicone wristbands, water-stop tapes, bridge supports, rubber cables, electronic insulators, and more.

2-4. ConfigurationÂ
Mixing Chamber:
It consists of a "W" shape body and two side boards made of high quality steel plates using extrusion forming and welding, which are designed to allow the flow of cooling water or steam. The internal walls are coated with hard chrome.
Thermal Resistance:
A plug-in thermal resistance is installed in the middle section of the chamber’s bottom, connected to the electrical system to monitor and display temperature.
Rotor:
Designed with hollow blades of Banbury type, connected with axial holes in the rotor shaft for cooling or heating passages. The top edges of the blades and end faces of the rotor shaft are surface welded with cobalt-base hard alloy, then ground, plated with hard chrome, and polished.
Cooling/Heating System:
A common piping system is used for either cooling or heating during the mixing process. Cooling water or steam is fed into three ways to the cavities of the rotor blades, the mixing chamber, and the top ram.
Tilting Mechanism:
Composed of a rotor with brake, cycloidal gear reducer, TP-type worm and worm gear, enabling the mixing chamber to tilt up to 140° around the front rotors.
Dust Sealing Device:
Curved slotted partings are used at the joint between the top of the mixing chamber and the cantilevered arm of the machine frame to achieve excellent and reliable sealing. The end face of the rotor is sealed by end contact sealing with no oil lubrication, providing good sealing and durability.
Main Driving System:
Composed of the main motor, reducer, and connecting gears, allowing odd-speed rotation of the rotors with opposite faces.
Pneumatic Control System:
The pneumatic control system is controlled by XG order. A bi-directional air cylinder makes the ram move up or down. In case of overload in the mixing chamber, the top ram can be raised automatically or manually to protect the motor from damage.
Electric Control System:
Imported PLC devices and electric control components, all imported products or technology-based, are used to enhance control reliability.

The delivery time depends on the quantity of machines. Normally, machines will be shipped within 20-30 days after receiving the deposit, with no delays.

OULI MACHINE warrants that all products manufactured by OULI MACHINE are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is 12 months or 36 months after the original purchase price, depending on practicality. If repair or replacement is not possible, the warranty covers only the product itself.
OULI MACHINE assumes no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses.
Your warranty rights will be honored only if the product has been properly installed and used as deemed by OULI MACHINE. OULI MACHINE will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
