DescriptionThe main body of the oblique sieve solid separator is made of a Stainless steel plane filter screen surface composed of precision wedge-shaped steel rods. Wastewater to be treated is evenly distributed across the inclined screen surface via an overflow weir. Due to the small and smooth screen surface gaps and large back gaps, drainage is efficient and clogging is minimized. Solid materials are intercepted while filtered water flows through the screen plate gaps. Under hydraulic force, solids are pushed to the bottom of the sieve for discharge, achieving effective solid-liquid separation.
This hydraulic sieve effectively reduces the concentration of suspended solids in the water, lowering the load on subsequent processes. It is widely used in industrial applications for solid-liquid separation and recovery of useful substances. It is an excellent equipment for filtering or recovering solid or colloidal substances such as suspended solids, floating solids, and precipitates.

Special Notes
1. The oblique sieve solid separator is designed for high-concentration wastewater, such as bubble manure (high bed), chicken farms, duck farms, etc. It maintains a solid moisture content of 65% during operation, which is comparable to advanced screw extrusion systems.
2. It breaks through European, American, and Japanese technologies, with a self-made oblique sieve that has a gap size of 0.3-0.5mm, providing the most thorough filtration, easiest post-processing, and longest service life.
3. Features a gear-type reverse cleaning mechanism, eliminating the need for cables, electrical parts, or other consumables, making it renewable and cost-effective.
4. Equipped with automatic detection, full water level start, filtration, pressing, intermediate washing, and automatic stop, requiring no manual supervision.
