DescriptionThe main body of the oblique sieve is a Stainless steel plane filter screen made from precision wedge-shaped steel rods. Wastewater is evenly distributed over the inclined screen surface through an overflow weir. Due to the small and smooth screen gaps, along with large back gaps, the drainage is efficient and less prone to clogging. Solids are intercepted, while the filtered water flows out through the screen plate gaps. Under hydraulic force, solid materials are pushed to the bottom of the sieve for discharge, achieving effective solid-liquid separation.
This hydraulic sieve effectively reduces the concentration of suspended solids in the water, easing the load on subsequent processes. It is widely used in industrial applications for solid-liquid separation and recovery of valuable substances. The equipment is ideal for filtering or recovering solid or colloidal substances such as suspended solids, floating solids, and precipitates.

Special Notes
1. The oblique sieve solid separator is specifically designed for high-concentration wastewater, such as bubble manure (high bed), chicken farms, duck farms, etc. It maintains a solid moisture content of 65% during operation, surpassing conventional screw extrusion methods.
2. Incorporates breakthrough technology from Europe, America, and Japan, with a self-made oblique sieve featuring a gap size of 0.3-0.5mm. This ensures thorough filtration, easier post-processing, and the longest service life available.
3. Equipped with a gear-type reverse cleaning mechanism, eliminating the need for cables, electrical parts, or consumables that require replacement.
4. Features automatic detection, full water level start-up, filtration, pressing, intermediate net washing, and automatic stopping without manual intervention.
