Structure and Working Principle
The product consists of a bearing bracket, transparent seed box, and pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims.
Operation
Users can select eight different spacing options by connecting curved plates around the rims to form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, with the length controlled by the pitch to adjust seed depth and spacing.
Multiple funnels are formed, each side trimmed with a putter S, and connected via a push transmission rod. The rod is driven by the wheel, which rotates on the same shaft, allowing for spacing adjustments as the wheels turn. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates within a small center weld, enabling precise opening and closing actions to drop seeds into the soil for accurate planting.
The sides of the shaft are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners (with an M6 rod nut fixed). When manually operated, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives intermittent movement to achieve sowing.
The planter is designed for single-grain corn planting and can accommodate two tablets. The factory provides five different seed rounds, allowing users to choose grain size and color. When changing the seed round, simply remove the cover and replace it with the new one.
For convenience, the factory installs two different types of wheel sizes. Users should complete the adjustment before starting the official sowing process. Always check the seed placement in the furrow to ensure proper operation and make timely adjustments if issues arise.
Precautions
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing them in the seed box.
2. Be cautious when soil is wet or rainy, and check for foreign objects in the nozzles.
3. Ensure the seed round matches the crop type.
4. Do not run backward; always push in the direction of the arrow.
5. Control the seeding rate at 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Never allow children to play with the machine or touch the gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Keep the seed tank at least one-third full.
8. Always run the seeder in the direction of the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant decrease in seed usage per acre, check for blockages or malfunctions to prevent losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember to reassemble parts in order and align them properly (especially noting the positive side).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory; ensure accuracy in seed quantity and spacing. Adjust promptly if errors occur.
13. The appearance and technical standards of the product are subject to the final interpretation by the factory.
