The tide height exceeded the warning water level by 0.2 meters, which did not cause obvious siltation. It fully proved that the Huanghua Port has solved the problem of siltation and sudden siltation and has found a scientific method.

At present, Shenhua Group has entrusted the relevant units to carry out a digital model study of the 300-meter two-way heavy-duty channel in Huanghua Port. The width of the channel will be widened from 140 meters to 170 meters this year, the water depth will reach 13 meters, and the capacity will reach 200 million tons. It is planned to reach a two-way 100,000-ton heavy-duty waterway with a water depth of 14-15 meters and a width of 300 meters in three years, with a capacity of more than 500 million tons.

It is reported that on December 28 last year, the "Huangyi Port Master Plan" prepared by the Planning Department of the Ministry of Communications passed the expert review organized by the Provincial Communications Department. The construction of the Huanggang Port Comprehensive Port has a planning basis and the construction conditions have been basically mature.
