The QT8-15 Hydraulic Pressure Cement Brick Making Machine is a specialized equipment designed for producing various types of building blocks. It can utilize materials such as fly ash, slag, gangue, river sand, gravel, and cement to create hollow blocks, porous blocks, curbstone, pavement blocks, grass blocks, slope-protecting blocks, and ring-tree blocks. With an optional color machine, it can also produce layered blocks.
This machine features a gantry frame structure made from high-quality steel, offering excellent strength and shock resistance. It uses a driving-type material storage system with an independent foundation for efficient material handling. The net wave swing feeding device ensures smooth and effective material distribution. The cartridge-type welding molds are made from qualified manganese steel through carburizing and quenching, ensuring durability even after 100,000 cycles of use. It can be integrated into a simple production line with a PL1200 batching machine, JS500 or JS750 mixer, 8m conveyor belt, and stacker.
The QT8-15 machine is a mechanical-hydraulic PLC-controlled system that combines efficiency, ease of operation, and maintenance. The block molding process primarily uses hydraulic pressure, while the mechanical system supports vibration and pressing to complete the molding. All blocks have a compressive strength exceeding 21 MPa, high compactness, good impermeability, and freeze resistance, along with excellent sound insulation, heat insulation, and thermal insulation properties. The external dimensions are precise and consistent.
