The QT8-15 Hydraulic Pressure Cement Brick Making Machine is a specialized equipment used for producing building blocks. It can utilize materials such as fly ash, slag, gangue, river sand, gravel, cement, and other industrial waste to create various types of blocks including hollow blocks, porous blocks, curbstones, pavement blocks, grass blocks, slope-protecting blocks, and ring-tree blocks. With the addition of a color machine, it can also produce layered blocks.
This machine features a gantry frame structure made from high-strength steel, offering excellent durability and shock resistance. It uses a driving-type material storage mode with an independent foundation, ensuring efficient material delivery when needed. The net wave swing feeding device ensures smooth and consistent feeding. The cartridge-type welding mold is made from qualified manganese steel that has undergone carburizing and quenching, ensuring long-term use without deformation or damage even after 100,000 cycles. It can be paired with a PL1200 batching machine, JS500 or JS750 mixer, 8m conveyor belt, and stacker to form a simple production line.
The QT8-15 is a mechanical-hydraulic PLC-controlled system, known for its efficiency, ease of operation, and maintenance. The block molding process primarily uses hydraulic pressure, while the mechanical system serves as a secondary component. Vibration and pressing are used to complete the molding of blocks. All blocks have a compressive strength exceeding 21 MPa, with high density, excellent impermeability, freeze resistance, and sound insulation properties. The external dimensions are precise and accurate.
