Introduction
The LVP Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump and the LHP Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump are two advanced series designed to meet the growing demands of both domestic and international markets. These pumps integrate the best features of vertical and horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump designs, utilizing CAD technology for enhanced performance and efficiency. The LVP series is a modern replacement for traditional DL and LD vertical pumps, while the LHP series offers an ideal alternative to D-type, TSWA-type, and GC horizontal pumps.
Application
The LVP/LHP series is ideal for pumping clean water with temperatures not exceeding 80°C or liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. It is widely used in municipal water supply systems, industrial and mining enterprises, residential water supply, air conditioning systems, cooling water systems, fire sprinkler systems, boiler feedwater, and condensation systems.
Structure Description
1. The LVP and LHP pumps are dual-purpose (vertical and horizontal) with many common components, allowing flexible installation and outlet positioning based on user requirements.
2. These pumps use rigid coupling between the impeller shaft and motor shaft. They can be sealed with either adjustable wear-resistant packing or mechanical seals as per customer needs. Replacing the mechanical seal is straightforward, requiring only the removal of the motor and coupling.
3. Designed using computer-aided design, the pumps ensure high efficiency and excellent anti-cavitation performance. The impellers are made from high-strength cast iron or wear-resistant cast bronze, and each impeller is evenly distributed for balanced operation.
4. The suction section, middle section, and discharge section are all made of high-strength cast iron, with O-ring seals at the flange connections for reliable sealing through bolt tension.
