The verification group of the Ministry of Environmental Protection's total pollutant emission reduction verification team in Nanchang listened to the Jiangxi provincial government report on the total discharge of major pollutants in the first half of the year. In order to further promote the construction of total pollutant emission reduction monitoring system for major pollutants and ensure that the total discharge of major pollutants in 2012 and the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†is completed successfully, Jiangxi Province has established the 2012 total pollutant emission reduction monitoring system.
