Description
The S series pumps are single stage, double suction, horizontal split case pumps designed for high volume water transfer across a wide range of applications. These pumps are available in 43 sizes ranging from 80mm to 400mm discharge and can handle capacities up to 4000 cubic meters per hour with heads up to 160 meters. They are engineered for easy maintenance, featuring simple assembly/disassembly without the need for special tools. All major wear components and replaceable parts are easily accessible, allowing for quick replacement with minimal downtime, even when the suction and discharge piping remains in place.
Features
These pumps use a horizontal, vertical axis medium open type double pump shell structure, with lining made of cemented carbide or rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. The high-efficiency hard alloy and low NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) make them suitable for various operating conditions. A brief-type structure bearing design ensures high bearing capacity and efficient lubrication with alloy grease oil. By adjusting the clearance between the protection board and impeller, the pump's performance is optimized. Multiple sealing options such as packing seal, impeller seal, and container-type mechanical seal are available to meet different operational requirements. The pump and drive can be connected via belt, coupling, hydraulic transmission, or reducer drive. The outflow direction can be rotated in eight angles to adapt to different installation environments. Additionally, multiple series are available to satisfy long-distance transmission needs.
