Description
The S series pumps are single stage, double suction, horizontal split case pumps designed for high volume water transfer across a wide range of applications. These pumps are available in 43 sizes, ranging from 80mm to 400mm discharge, with capacities up to 4000 cubic meters per hour and heads up to 160 meters. The design allows for easy maintenance, as all major wear components and replaceable parts are easily accessible without the need for special tools or removing the suction and discharge piping.
Key Features
Featuring a horizontal, vertical axis medium open type double pump shell structure, with lining made of cemented carbide or rubber for excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. These pumps offer high efficiency, low NPSH, and are suitable for various operating conditions. They use a brief type bearing structure with alloy grease lubrication, ensuring reliable performance. Adjustable clearance between the protection board and impeller ensures optimal operation. Available sealing options include packing seal, impeller seal, and container-type mechanical seal, adapting to different operational requirements. The pump can be driven via belt, coupling, hydraulic transmission, or reducer drive. The outlet direction can be rotated by 8 angles to suit different installation conditions. Multiple series are available to meet long-distance transmission needs.
