The capital is 1.5 billion yuan. The signing of this project will further accelerate the pace of China-Thai Chemical's construction of Asia's largest chlor-alkali production base.
In accordance with the concept of circular economy parks and cleaner production, Sino-Taiwan Chemical Co., Ltd. started the construction of Sino-Tokyo Ji Kang Industrial Park in Fukang City in August 2009. The project includes the annual output of 1.6 million tons of PVC resin, 1.3 million tons of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda, 3×15 million kilowatts of power stations, and supporting the construction of an annual output of 3.2 million tons of calcium carbide slag to cement and other recycling economic projects. The industrial park covers an area of ​​about 9,500 Mu, with a total investment of about 15 billion yuan, is planned to be completed by 2015.
In order to seize the historic opportunity of leaping development in Xinjiang, the first phase and second phase of the industrial park will be built in two steps and will take a step. The investment will be 12.5 billion yuan this year and next. The company will complete foundation engineering and installation engineering by the end of 2011, striving for 2012. The first phase and second phase of the project were completed and put into production at the end of the year. The completion of this project will positively promote the local economic and social development of Ji Kang.
