To prevent the parts from being worn too quickly, it is necessary to establish an oil film between the two sliding surfaces. There is a sufficient thickness of the oil film to separate the surfaces of the parts that slide relative to each other, thereby reducing wear.

Two: cooling and cooling. The oil can bring heat back to the oil tank and then to the air to help the tank cool the engine.

Three: cleaning and cleaning. Good oil can bring carbide, sludge, and wear metal particles on the engine parts back to the oil tank through the circulation, and flush the dirt generated on the working surface of the parts through the flow of the lubricating oil.

Four: sealed leakproof. The oil can form a seal between the piston ring and the piston, reducing gas leakage and preventing the entry of contaminants from the outside.

Five: anti-rust corrosion. Lubricating oil can be adsorbed on the surface of components to prevent water, air, acidic substances and harmful gases from contacting components.

VI: Vibration damping. When the engine cylinder port pressure rises sharply, it suddenly increases the load on the piston, piston swarf, connecting rod and crankshaft bearing. This load is transmitted through the bearing and lubricates the shock load.

General large-brand lubricants are of reliable quality, such as Mobil, BP, Castrol, Shell, Total, Esso, Sanhe, Fox, Great Wall, Uniform, Kunlun, Daqing Runyuan, etc. Choose a good lubricant, of course, add it in time and use it correctly.

1. Lubricant should be added in a timely manner. If the lubricating oil is not added in time, the engine oil level will be too low, which will cause the engine oil temperature to be too high, resulting in poor lubrication. At this time the motorcycle up and downhill or driving on the Panshan Highway will expose the oil filter to the oil surface. The oil pump will inhale the air and interrupt the oil supply, resulting in serious accidents such as pulling the cylinder and burning the shaft. Therefore, when the motorcycle engine oil in the next line should be added to the lubricant.

2. Do not add excessive amounts of lubricating oil. If it is added excessively, it is easy for the engine to run into the combustion chamber when the engine is running, and even if the engine oil is injected from the exhaust pipe, the unburned engine oil will produce a large amount of carbon deposits and gums on the top of the piston, the valve seat and the valve oil seal. Intensify the wear of mechanical parts and even cause premature damage to the piston rings, pistons, and camshafts. Therefore, the lubricating oil should be strictly controlled between the upper and lower lines of the oil scale.

3, old and new lubricants do not mix. There are a lot of metal shavings, gums, and oxides in the old engine oil. Mixing it with the new engine oil will reduce the use effect and use time of the new engine oil, and it will cause oil channel blockage and machine wear. Therefore, new and old motor oils should not be mixed.

4. Clean the engine before filling with lubricant. Due to the long-term operation of the machine, metal shavings are deposited in the engine, blocking the oil filter, oil pump, and oil passage. Therefore, the engine should be warmed up for 5 minutes before each new engine oil is refueled, the old engine oil should be released, and then 1 liter of diesel or kerosene should be added. The engine is idled for 3 minutes, diesel is released, and a new lubricant is added to wash off the engine. The diesel fuel is then filled with new lubricants. In this way, you can wash off metal shavings, gums, and protect the flow of oil.
