I. Product Introduction

SZC-020 vacuum type bed setting device is an upgraded product developed by our company in 2007. It is specially used for the seed bed in the process of seed germination test. It is equipped with five suction heads, whose size and size are matched with domestic common germination boxes. It has advanced technology and wide adaptability, which can meet the needs of different seed germination tests. The body adopts single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump. The machine runs smoothly, has large suction force and is easy to maintain. According to the size of seed particles, different sizes of suction cups can be selected and the suction force can be adjusted through the gate valve (pressure gauge display). The stainless steel quick connector is used to connect the suction cup and the suction tube. It is easy to operate and can count most seeds. The number of grains is convenient, accurate and fast, and the bed can be set directly. All-metal body electrostatic spray production, strong, durable, beautiful, easy to transport. Brass fittings in the middle pipe are connected in a compact and exquisite structure with protective devices. The whole structure is reasonable, small and easy to move.

Second, the working principle

When the power switch is turned on and the foot switch is depressed, the solenoid valve is opened. At the same time, the vacuum pump runs at a high speed to generate a negative high pressure, which leads through the pipe to the suction cup and causes the suction cup to generate suction. The suction force can be adjusted according to different requirements of the seed. The negative pressure of the suction hole on the suction cup adsorbs the seed, the suction cup moves to the germination bed, and the foot switch is loosened, so that the seed is placed on the germination bed smoothly and neatly.

Third, the use of methods

1. Select the suction cup according to the size of the seed to be sucked. Check in advance whether the holes on the suction cup are open and the suction cup is open downwards. Connect the suction tube.

2. Prepare a petri dish with a germinated bed and pour the desired number of clean seed samples into a matching seed tray for use.

3. Put on the power switch vacuum pump to start work, the instrument is operated with a foot switch, step on the foot switch, solenoid valve work, vacuum gas circuit is open, and then through the gate valve to adjust suction, suction is adjusted to just make each hole can It is advisable to suck a seed.

4. There are two methods for sucking the seeds: A. Put the sucker into the seed heap and push the sucker back and forth several times to push the surplus seeds away with the pass. The missing seeds are filled with the seeds by hand. B. Raise the empty suction cup and spread the seeds evenly in the suction cup. Then shake it gently to remove excess seeds from the open end. Also, make up less and more to ensure accurate number of grains.

5. Place the suction cup from which the seed has been sucked directly into the paper bed or sand bed in the Petri dish, release the foot switch, and lift the suction cup. The seeds are evenly settled on the sprouting bed, and the seed bed work is completed once.

6. When finished, turn the power switch off to stop the vacuum pump and unplug the power plug.

Fourth, pay attention to matters

1. The vacuum pump must be filled with lubricating oil before starting the machine (the new oil number Winter No. 15 Summer No. 32). The oil volume is controlled at the oil window and the maximum position must not exceed 3/4, and the minimum must not be less than 1/4. Always open the back cover to observe the lubricating oil, and if any impurities should be promptly replaced.

2. Select the appropriate suction cup and suction when using, otherwise it will directly affect the suction effect.

3. Always check the suction cup, suction hole, if any blockage should be cleared.

4. The clarity of the seed should be handled in advance to remove impurities.

5. The power cord should be unplugged when the suction is completed. The foot switch and the power cord must be placed before moving.

6. Remove the filter regularly to remove debris

7. Suction cups are made of organic materials. Do not wipe with alcohol, acetone, or other corrosive solutions. (For cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth.

8. The user's power socket should be grounded reliably. Try to use the socket fixed on the wall (cautiously use the connection board) to prevent the safety.
