CFY-II Seed Wind Cleanness Tester
I. Product Introduction
The Seed Wind Cleanness Tester, also known as the Seed Blower, is based on the introduction and reference of technologies from similar products in the United States and other countries. It uses micro-electronics to control the aerodynamic behavior (floating speed) of particles in the air stream. An instrument developed specifically for seed purity testing.
The Seed Wind Cleanness Meter (Seed Blower) is made of high-quality plexiglass material. The base body is all-metal electrostatically sprayed. It is firm, durable and beautiful in appearance. The whole machine is small, low noise, superior performance, simple operation, safe and stable. With the function of continuously adjustable wind and timing, the instrument can be applied to light weight seeds such as vegetables and flowers to seeds of larger and heavier grain corn, and the test accuracy is greatly improved. Third, the working principle
Seed clarity refers to the percentage of the weight of normal granules in a given amount of seeds (containing impurities other than the granules). 100% of seeds have no clarity
Impurities. The degree of clarity is calculated as follows:
Seed clarity = (total seed weight - impurity weight / total seed weight) × 100%
The sample to be tested is placed in a cup with precision mesh at the bottom. The bottom fan will send the wind through the mesh to the vertical winnowing pipe, so the sample will be divided into two parts: light impurities (collected in the top debris cup), and normal seeds (collected in the cup) . The proportion of normal seed weight to total weight is the clarity of the seed sample.
Fourth, use method
1. After the instrument is unpacked, assemble it according to the schematic diagram.
2. Turn on the power.
3. Put the seed or grain to be experimented into the cup, push it into the interior of the cup and press it, press the button switch, the indicator light is on, rotate the wind adjustment knob to the right (the right side is gradually increasing the wind force; otherwise the wind force Decreases.) Select the appropriate wind force for the experiment (it is also possible to adjust the wind force at the top of the vertical wind-selection duct to adjust the wind force). The size of the wind is adjusted until the item to be inspected is fully uplifted by the upward airflow, and it is advisable that the impurities be trapped in the upper two layers and enter the debris cup. The maximum time is 10 minutes. It can be set arbitrarily within 0 to 10 minutes. After the timer expires, if you need to start it again, turn off the power switch and turn it on again.
4. The power should be cut off promptly after the experiment to keep the instrument clean.
V. Precautions
1. The wind adjustment knob should be rotated slowly and select the appropriate wind force for the test.
2. Each test should be cleaned up.
3. The hair dryer duct is made of plexiglass material. Do not wipe it with corrosive solutions such as alcohol and acetone (if you need to clean it, wipe it with a soft cloth).
4. Do not open the chassis at all times to prevent it.
5. Care should be taken to avoid damage when handling.
6. Make sure the user's power socket is grounded reliably. Try to use the wall socket
