**Summary**
The ISW series end suction pumps are single-stage, single-suction pipeline pumps designed by combining domestic advanced water power models with the specifications of the IS model centrifugal pumps. These pumps are optimized for different media and temperature conditions based on the ISG model. The series is characterized by high efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance.
**Features**
1. The horizontal structure ensures that the inlet and outlet diameters are aligned on the same centerline, allowing it to be installed as a valve in the pipeline. It offers a compact design, minimal space requirement, and low installation cost. It can also be used outdoors when equipped with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and impact structure. This design ensures balanced radial and impeller load during operation, resulting in smooth running, low vibration, and reduced noise.
3. The axial seal uses mechanical sealing or a combination of mechanical seal and titanium alloy sealing ring. It includes heat-resistant mechanical seals and wear-resistant materials to extend the service life of the seal.
4. Installation and maintenance do not require dismantling the entire pipeline system. The rotor parts can be easily removed by simply loosening the pump nut.
5. The operating mode can be adjusted according to flow rate and head requirements.
6. The installation method depends on the pipeline layout—vertical or square.
**Usage**
The ISWB chemical centrifugal pump made of stainless steel and explosion-proof type is suitable for transporting flammable liquids.
**Working Conditions**
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or maximum working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa (i.e., suction pressure plus height ≤ 1.6 MPa). The static pressure test of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please clearly indicate the system’s working pressure. Note: If the system's maximum working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, special arrangements may be required.
2. Working temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume of solid particles in the medium should be less than 0.1% of the total volume, with particle size < 0.2 mm.
**Note:**
If the medium contains small solids, please specify this when placing an order. Alternatively, we can provide a wear-resistant mechanical seal.
**Installation Specifications**
1. Check if all fasteners in the system are secure and whether the interval channel is properly sealed to prevent damage to the impeller and casing.
2. Ensure that the weight of the piping does not act on the pump to avoid distortion.
3. Tighten the holding-down bolts to prevent shocks that could affect the pump’s performance.
4. Install valves and pressure gauges near the pump to ensure normal operation within the rated flow range and head, thus extending the pump’s lifespan.
5. Ensure the pump shaft is fixed, and the impeller has no deformation or instability.
6. Follow the rigid or flexible connection method for pump installation (refer to the connection style).
