Guodian Baoji, Guodian Yuxin, Huadian Shige belong to Guodian Group, State Power Investment and Huadian Group. Its China Power Investment Yuxin and Huadian Stone Thermal respectively are the first fuel intelligence of Sande Technology in China National Power Investment Group and Huadian Group. It is reported that the performance tests of the above three projects were undertaken by the National Coal Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Nanjing, the National Coal Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Xi'an), and the Huadian Electric Power Research Institute. The main test items included sample preparation precision, bias, and sample quality. And granularity, total water loss and so on. The independent testing reports issued by the three authoritative agencies all indicate that Sande Technology's automatic sample preparation system meets the requirements for sample quality, particle size, system precision, and total water loss, and (ash) can be accepted as unbiased. It is worth mentioning that due to the large actual sample size of Huadian's stone heat, 5 sets of samples with different masses and greater than 100 Kg (the minimum sample weight of 101.5 Kg and the maximum sample weight of 523 Kg) were selected for the sample loss rate during the test process of the project. Tested coal samples were "visually blended with some of the slime" and the sample loss rate was less than 1%.

After investigating the automatic sample preparation system of Guodian Jingyuan Power Generation Co., Ltd. implemented by Sande Technologies, the customer decided to use Sande Technology's automatic sample preparation system.
Operation status: In October 2016, the company passed the appraisal. In November, it passed the group's expert group acceptance with a comprehensive evaluation of “excellent”. It has completed more than 900 sample preparations so far (data as of December 20, 2016).
Guodian invests in new projects
Customer sketch: Located in Xinxiang, Henan Province, the National Power Generation Investment Demonstration Power Plant has an installed capacity of 2*330 MW. The coal quality is complex, and more than half contain coal slime. The coal is mainly transported by train.

Huadian Stone Thermal Project Overview
Customer sketch: Located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, the national "1st Five-Year Plan" key construction projects, with a total installed capacity of 634,000 kilowatts, currently the largest domestic thermal power plant. The main coal types are Shanxi Coal (Yangquan Coal, Shanxi Coking Coal Group Coal) and Shenhua Coal, and the coal transportation method is train and automobile transportation.
Construction content: Automatic sample preparation system (including packaging)
Particularity: The first fuel intelligent construction project implemented by Huade Group in Sande Technology; the first automatic sample preparation system in Hebei Huadian; sample size is large, weighs hundreds of kilograms.
Operation status: As of December 20, more than 500 samples were prepared. During the performance test, 30 moisture coal samples, 40 precision test coal samples, 180 bias test coal samples, and 470 primary laboratory inspection data were prepared.
