A: For bike bags, the minimum order quantity starts at 300 pieces. We also have some popular products in stock. For bike tools, the MOQ is 100 pieces per set. Additionally, we offer BOY brand bike tools available for single-piece orders.
Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are both a manufacturer and a trading company. We have our own factories for bike tools and bike bags. We can also assist with sourcing if needed. If you purchase from us, we do not charge any additional fees for purchasing services.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: For custom samples, it usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on your specifications. For mass production, it takes about 25 days for bike tools and 45 days for bike bags. We always ensure timely delivery as promised and never delay shipments.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For sample orders or orders under USD 1000, we accept 100% payment via Western Union, T/T bank transfer, or Alibaba Trade Assurance. For mass production, a 30% deposit via T/T or Trade Assurance is required, with the remaining balance paid before delivery.
