The planetary system consists of one hollow barrel, a main spindle (screw), and several satellite screws that work together to provide excellent mixing and plasticization. Compared to other extruders, the planetary extruder offers superior plasticization due to its efficient and homogeneous mixing process. Our planetary extruder delivers at least ten times better performance in terms of plasticization and homogeneity than twin-screw or single-screw extruders. It is ideal for soft PVC, rigid PVC, wood-plastic composites, acrylics, and PE composites.
