Depending on the type of pump head (single-stage single-suction, single-stage double-suction, or multi-section multi-stage), this equipment falls into three subcategories: XBC-IS, XBC-S, and XBC-D. It is widely used in various applications. This product can be equipped with high-quality diesel engines from both domestic and international markets, offering advantages such as stable start-up, high capacity, compact design, easy maintenance, high automation, and advanced and reliable performance. >>> Product Features Diesel engine series such as X6135, 12V135, 4102, 4105, 6102, 4100, and 495 provide power for our pumps. Our fire-fighting pumps are flexibly coupled with these diesel engines (clutches are available). Additional components like a diesel tank, radiator water tank, blower, and control panel (for automatic units) can also be provided. The auto-control unit includes a separate programmable diesel engine control panel that manages automatic start, run, auto-switching (switching between electric motor pump units and diesel engine pump units), and auto-protection (warnings and shutdowns for over-speed, low oil pressure, high water temperature, three-time start failures, and low voltage warnings). It can also connect to the user's fire-fighting center or fire alarm system for remote monitoring. To ensure normal operation below 5°C, an AC 220V water cooling system can be installed. The diesel engine fire-fighting pump group can be combined with electric motor pumps and jockey pumps to form an automatic fire-fighting water supply system (see Table 1). There are two ways to fill the water: manual addition and self-priming. Manual filling is preferred according to fire-fighting standards.
