"High-resolution angular displacement sensor research and industrialization" project will overcome the monorail absolute encoder (25 bits or more) coding, high-precision grating manufacturing, error correction and compensation technology, through the development of ASIC optoelectronic integrated chip, high-precision one The rotating shaft system and other components were developed into high precision absolute grating angle encoders with an accuracy of ≤ 1”.
The implementation period of the project is from July 2017 to July 2020. In the middle of the project, a prototype of a high-precision angular displacement sensor with a certain function is developed. At the end of the project, high-precision angular displacement sensor instruments with independent intellectual property rights, robust functions, and stable and reliable quality have been formed through application development in areas such as robotic arm connection control, domestic machine tool rotary workbench, and measuring and cutting tool turntable control fields. . Within 3 years after the acceptance of the project, it will reach an annual production capacity of 30,000 sets of complete machines, providing test technology support for intelligent manufacturing, numerical control processing and measuring tools.
The development of this project will accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of optical balance technology, enrich product categories, enhance R&D and manufacturing capabilities, establish a national-level grating sensor technology center for Qiheng Optics, and lay a foundation for international advanced ranking. At the same time, it is of great significance in breaking foreign monopoly and technological blockades and safeguarding national security.
