Structure and Working Principle:
This seeder consists of rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and pushing components. It features 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims for adjusting spacing according to user requirements.

Operation:
Users can select from eight different spacing options. Curved plates around the rims form a funnel, and each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child. The length of the child is adjusted using pitch control to manage seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are trimmed with an S-shaped putter, which pushes the transmission rod driven by the wheel. Wheels and their types share the same shaft, allowing consistent spacing. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling precise opening and closing actions for accurate seed placement.

The sides of the shaft are connected using flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners. Adjustments are secured with M6 rod nuts. When manually operated, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives intermittent movement for planting.

The seeder ensures accurate single-grain planting and can handle up to two tablets. To meet various regional farming needs, the factory provides five seed round specifications. Users can choose grain size and color, and when changing wheel covers, they need to remove the seed round and adjust it manually. For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leaders). Before official planting, users should test the seeder in a furrow to ensure proper function. Always check the seeding process, identify issues, and make timely adjustments, as improper adjustments may lead to seed loss or germination failure, for which the factory is not responsible.

Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws to prevent loosening and detachment.

2. After sowing, disassemble the seeder, clean all parts, and apply oil to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place to extend its lifespan.

Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious if soil is wet or there is foreign matter in the nozzle.
3. Ensure matching species with the seed round.
4. Do not run in reverse; push in the direction of the arrow.
5. Control seeding rate between 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Prohibited for children to play with or touch gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Seed tank capacity must be at least one-third full.
8. Ensure the seeder runs in the correct direction with the seed box side facing forward.
9. If seed usage per acre decreases significantly, check for obstructions or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align properly (pay attention to positive sides).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory. Adjust according to seed type and spacing; change promptly if errors occur.
13. Product appearance and technical standards are subject to the actual product, with the factory having the final interpretation.
