This machine consists of rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and a pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both sides of the rims. The seed box is transparent for easy monitoring, and the housing is made of high-quality materials for long-term use.
Operation:
Users can choose from eight different spacing options. Curved plates form funnels, and each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, controlling seed depth and spacing. The transmission rod is driven by the wheel, ensuring consistent planting. The active nozzle axis rotates around a small center, allowing precise opening and closing action for accurate seed placement. Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and screws to prevent loosening. 2. After use, clean and oil all parts to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place. Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box. 2. Be cautious of foreign objects in nozzles if soil is wet or rainy. 3. Ensure proper seed round matching. 4. Follow the direction of the arrow when operating. 5. Maintain a seeding rate between 35-40 meters per minute. 6. Do not allow children to play with the machine. 7. Keep the seed tank filled to at least one-third capacity. 8. Always follow the direction of the arrow when using the seed box. 9. Check for obstructions if seed usage decreases significantly. 10. Store spare parts inside the box. 11. Adjust spacing carefully and align components properly. 12. Verify dimensions and adjust if necessary. 13.
