Our 50-250mm PE pipe extrusion machine is ideal for manufacturing agricultural irrigation pipes, gas supply pipes, water supply pipes, and cable protection pipes. These pipes are known for their excellent properties such as low-temperature impact resistance, reliable connections, good stress crack resistance, strong chemical resistance, high wear resistance, and long service life.
The extrusion line is designed with a high-efficiency single-screw extruder and a high-speed, low-noise reducer. Additional features like gravimetric dosing units and ultrasonic thickness indicators can be added based on customer requirements to improve the precision of the pipes. We also offer turnkey solutions, including laser printers, crushers, shredders, water chillers, and air compressors, to achieve high-grade and fully automated tube production.
Process Flow:
Raw Material + Master Batches → Mixing → Vacuum Feeder → Plastic Hopper Drier → Single Screw Extruder → Co-extruder for Color String & Multi Layers → Mold → Vacuum Calibration Tank → Spray Cooling Water Tank → Haul-off → No Dust Cutter → Single Winder or Stacker → Final Product Inspection & Packing
