The S series pumps are single stage, double suction, horizontal split case pumps designed for high volume water transfer in a wide range of applications. These pumps are available in 43 sizes, ranging from 80mm to 400mm discharge, and can handle capacities up to 4000 cubic meters per hour with heads up to 160 meters. The design allows for easy maintenance, as major wear components are easily accessible without the need for special tools. This feature significantly reduces downtime and simplifies repair processes.
Key Advantages
These pumps use a horizontal, vertical axis medium open type double pump shell structure with lining made of cemented carbide or rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. They are equipped with high-efficiency hard alloy impellers and have low NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) values, making them suitable for various operating conditions. The bearing parts are designed with a brief structure and high load capacity, using alloy bearing grease lubrication. The clearance between the protection board and impeller can be adjusted to ensure optimal pump performance. The sealing system includes packing seal, impeller seal, and container-type mechanical seals, allowing flexibility for different operating requirements. The pump can be driven via belt, coupling, hydraulic transmission, or reducer drive. The outflow direction can be rotated by eight angles to adapt to different installation environments. Multiple series are available to meet long-distance transmission needs.
