CNC lathe debugging and acceptance

Acceptance of CNC lathes shall be carried out according to the "Technical Requirements for the Manufacturing and Acceptance of CNC Horizontal Lathes" promulgated and implemented by the State. If disputes arise during the acceptance process, they shall be based on relevant national standards and be settled through negotiation.

1. Unpacking acceptance

According to the random packing list and the list of specific accessories in the contract, check the contents of the box one by one. And make inspection records. There are the following:

Whether the packing box is in good condition, whether the appearance of the machine tool is obviously damaged, it is rust and paint stripping;
Whether there is technical information, is complete;
Accessories, specifications, quantities;
Spare parts, specifications, quantities;
Tool types, specifications, quantities;
Tool (blade) types, specifications, quantities;
Mounting accessories
Electrical component varieties, specifications, quantities;

2. Start up test

After the installation and commissioning of the machine tool is completed, the manufacturer is notified to send someone to debug the machine. The main tests are as follows:

1) Various manual tests

a. Manual Operation Test The accuracy of the manual operation.
b. Inching test
c. Spindle shift test
d. Overtravel test

2) Functional test

a. Functional testing of the machine tool with buttons, switches, and manual controls. The flexibility, stability and functional reliability of the test movements.
b. Select one of the spindle speeds as a continuous test for spindle start, forward rotation, reverse rotation, and stop. Operation no less than 7 times.
c. Spindle high, medium and low speed conversion test. The allowable difference between the speed command value and the display value is ±5%.
d. Optional feed rate, continuous feed and rapid feed test on all XZ axis travels. The quick trip should be greater than 1/2 full stroke. Positive and negative side and continuous operation not less than 7 times.
e. Perform low, medium, and high feedrate conversion tests on all X and Z axes.
The turret tool holder performs a variety of indexing clamping tests.
f. Hydraulic, lubrication, and cooling systems are sealed, lubricated, and cooled for leak testing.
g. Chuck clamping, loosening, flexibility and reliability tests.
h. The spindle rotates, reverses, stops, and changes the spindle speed test.
i. The turret tool holder performs forward and reverse direction indexing tests.
j. The feed mechanism makes the low-medium-high feed for the rapid feed change test.
k. Test feed coordinate overtravel, manual data input, position display, reference point return, program serial number indication and search, program pause, program deletion, address line interpolation, straight line cutting, taper cutting cycle, thread cutting cycle, round Arc cutting cycle, tool position compensation, pitch compensation, backlash compensation, and other functions, reliability, and action flexibility.
3) Dry-rotation test
a. The active mechanism running test shall not be less than 1 hour at the highest speed section, the temperature of the spindle bearing shall not exceed 70°C, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 40°C;
b. Continuous air running test, the exercise time is not less than 8 hours, each cycle time is not more than 15 minutes. Stop at the end of each cycle and simulate the movement of the loose card workpiece. Stop for less than one minute and continue to operate.

4) Load test

The user prepares drawings and roughs for typical parts, programs and inputs programs under the guidance of the manufacturer's commissioning personnel, and selects cutting tools and cutting amounts. The load test can be performed in the following three steps: roughing, heavy cutting, and finishing. Each step is subdivided into a single cutting and cycle program. After each cutting, the actual size of the machined part of the part is inspected and compared with the command value to verify the running accuracy of the machine under load conditions, ie, the comprehensive machining accuracy of the machine tool, and the accuracy of the indexing of the turret tool holder.

3. Acceptance

Unqualified machine tool acceptance, functional testing, air running test, load test is completed, the processing of qualified products, you can apply for acceptance procedures. If there is a problem, the manufacturer is responsible for solving it.
