Zhang Yalin, general manager of West Electric Group and chairman of Xidian Electric, Zhang Yalin, said in his speech that after the establishment of the Western Electric Group, China West Power will make full use of the existing resources in technology, management and brand to continue to support the transformation of Western Electric. The production of good 220kV transformers, dry-type transformers, and other products will enable the development of 500kV transformers and special transformers as soon as possible, and will put them on the market. This will increase the level of technological manufacturing of West Electric's products and promote the rapid development of the company. Really realize the goal of “national tax increase, capital appreciation, increase of corporate profits, and increase of employees’ income†and make efforts to contribute to the development of local industrial economy in Jinan City.
Prior to this, Jinan Transformer Co., Ltd. was a key enterprise in Jinan City and experienced wind and rain for 59 years, especially since the 10th Five-Year Plan period.
