Prepare the crankcase reinforcement and crankcase crack repair measures before repair: remove the first and second cylinder heads, pistons, remove the first and second connecting rods, crossheads, remove the first and second cylinders and their connecting pipes, and dismantle the first and second intermediate bodies. , remove the crankshaft and its cabinet. Adjust the alignment and level of the first and second cylinders and the main engine, and change the rigid connection between the scraper and the first and second cylinders as a soft connection, replace the cooler core, and support the first and second cylinder heads. Make renovations. Renovate the first and second scrapers to eliminate leaks. Modification of the air inlet filter Due to the defects of the air filtration system, the filtration effect is poor, resulting in a short service life of the valve, and the valve should be replaced or repaired on average for 3 days. Now the original air inlet acoustic filter is transformed into two sets of air filters with a filtration particle size of 2m and a filtration efficiency of 9999%.
