Before the operation of the Chengdu Stacker, routine inspections are required. This is an important link to ensure normal operation in one day. Before the operation, we first check its safety status, and then check the cooling water level and oil level.

In the routine safety inspection, stop the stacker in a safe and stable place, stop the engine running, pull up the handbrake, position all the control levers in the neutral position, make the mast vertical to the horizontal line, put down the fork Let the fork come into contact with the ground. In addition, we also check the engine oil level. Check the fan belt for cracks, wear, etc. In addition, check whether there is leakage or leakage of water along the stacker; check whether the tightness of the mast chain is consistent; check whether the tire pressure is normal, whether the tread is cut, whether the steel ring is deformed, damaged, and whether the screws are Lock; Check whether the lamp is damaged, whether the protective roof is deformed and cracked; check whether the rear supporter and the fork are deformed, cracked, and whether the fork positioning is normal.
