The total investment of the project is 350 million yuan, and the designed annual production capacity is 40,000 tons. It is designed, manufactured and installed by Sanyou Group. The project construction was divided into two production lines. The first was a 20,000-ton/year fine denier production line, which was completed and put into production by the end of 2004; the second was a 20,000-ton/year high-whiteness fiber production line, and it was commissioned on May 7 this year. success. The two production line products are differentiated fibers and have a good market prospect.
So far, the annual production capacity of viscose fiber, one of the leading products of the Sanyou Group, has reached 120,000 tons, ranking the first in the country. At the same time, the company’s product mix has been continuously optimized, and 10 different types of differentiated fiber products have been formed with more than 40 specifications. The differentiation rate has reached 55%.
