The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, ensuring high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in customer design.
3. Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings, which are mainly used for fluid physics and chemistry, custom, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

8. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
Quick connectors consist of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. To disconnect, simply push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing for easy removal. Note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be applied before reseating.
