Digesting sulfuric acid in situ and supplementing the Jinchang industrial chain, Jinhua Group decided to proceed with the construction of an ammonium phosphate production project using sulfuric acid. As a non-resource-dominated enterprise, market crisis and pressure forced Jinhua Group to seek a new outlet. The company threw out the ammonium phosphate production line as a hydrangea to seek marriage, and a cross-provincial and cross-industry cross-industry “climbing and marriage” action quickly produced results. Jinhua Group has invested in a boiling furnace that uses waste residue heating and no longer discharges slag. These slags, after being circulated and burned, turn into fly ash and become the main raw material for producing cement.

In 2010, Jinhua Group invested 810 million yuan, using the coke oven gas resources generated by the Taixi Coal Group's annual output of 3 million tons of slag solid coke project to produce synthetic ammonia. In mid-May of this year, this project was ignited and test. It is estimated that the annual sales revenue will be 520 million yuan, and the new profit will be 160 million yuan. After completion, the cost of fuel alone will be one, and the most conservative estimate will be one-third less than traditional fuels.

Currently, Jinhua Group is embarking on the construction of a liquid natural gas project with an annual output of 150,000 tons of nitric acid and an annual output of 50 million cubic meters of methane gas, utilizing the advantages of synthetic ammonia, and building an annual output of 150,000 tons of dilute nitric acid, 40,000 tons of concentrated nitric acid and 20 The 10,000-ton nitro compound fertilizer project will increase sales revenue by 1 billion yuan at the time, which is equivalent to rebuilding a Jinhua Group. However, these new projects have a qualitative difference from the traditional fertilizer industry. The market is more competitive and vital.

Jinhua Group's synthetic ammonia project was born with Xinhua's 3 million ton tamping coke project. Without the foundation of the Xinhua 3 million-ton ramming coke project, there would be no construction of the Jinhua 200,000-ton grade synthetic ammonia project. The construction of Jinhua’s 200,000-ton synthetic ammonia project will affect the downstream industries of Hexibao Chemical Park.
