Compared with 2005, the comprehensive energy consumption of oil and gas production fell by 6.43% in 2007, the comprehensive energy consumption of oil refining decreased by 3.36%; the energy consumption of power supply by thermoelectric enterprises decreased by 2.73%; the total amount of COD emissions decreased by 11.92%; meanwhile, the average sulfur content of crude oil In 2005, when 0.9% rose to 1.03% in 2007, the total amount of sulfur dioxide emissions fell by 8% compared with 2005.
