In 2012, the value of exports reached US$47.722 million, an increase of nearly 10 times compared with 2010. The average annual growth rate in the past three years was 351.4. In the first quarter of this year, the province exported 280 batches of LED lamps with a value of US$15.739 million, a year-on-year increase. 23.35, 130.32. Fuzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau found in the recent inspection and supervision that the export LED lamps have problems such as non-standard markings, excessive temperature rise of the lamp body, unreasonable structure, and substandard components.
To this end, the Fuzhou Quarantine and Quarantine Bureau recommends that: LED lighting manufacturers should strictly follow the relevant standards of the country of export, and should not blindly produce according to the requirements of foreign customers. At the same time, strengthen quality awareness, strengthen self-inspection and self-control, especially for the new design and application of products should do the first piece of confirmation work, through the strict type test to find hidden dangers in the key links, and improve the products in a targeted manner.
