The Semiconductor Lighting Technology Evaluation Alliance and the China Semiconductor Lighting/LED Industry and Application Alliance jointly released four LED lighting technology standards to fill the gap in China's LED lighting standards.
The four standards are "Specification of non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting", "Performance requirements for non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting", "Double-end LED lamp safety requirements", "Double-end LED lights" Performance requirements.
Among them, "Special Classification of Non-Directional Self-ballasted LED Lamps for General Lighting" has been adopted as an important basic standard for the semiconductor lighting industry and has been adopted by the International Electrotechnical Commission of the authoritative international standards organization. This classification standard is proposed for the first time in the world to replace the traditional tiles with the lumens of the lighting effect. As a new concept of dividing the specifications of LED lamps, it can better reflect the characteristics and advantages of LED lamps.
According to reports, China is a big country in the production of LED lighting, which has concentrated about 90% of the world's production, and its products are widely sold to the international market. In recent years, many cities in China have applied LED lighting equipment to roads, schools, shopping malls, hotels and so on.
