After the expansion, the Delphi Beijing factory has a building area of ​​more than 30,000 square meters, becoming a production base integrating production and research and development. The capacity of the plant's gasoline engine management system has also doubled from that before the expansion.
The expansion project cost 370 million yuan to start construction in October 2011. It is reported that the expanded plant will be put into operation to meet the Euro IV and Euro V gasoline engine management system and its components, including ignition coils, sensors, electronics Throttle valve body, carbon tank solenoid valve, oil pump and bracket assembly and fuel rail.
