**Tooling Developing Procedure**
1. Quotation: We need your requirements clearly.
2. Negotiation: Material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment terms, etc.

4. DFMEA: Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to reduce risks.
5. Mold Design: 2D/3D drawings.
6. Cutting Tooling Notice: Start mold making after customer approval.
7. Weekly Report: Update mold schedule weekly.
8. Sample Confirm: Send samples for confirmation; if not satisfied, we modify the mold.
9. Delivery: Deliver the mold after sample approval and arrange shipment.
