The flasks offer high rigidity and can withstand high pressure and impact. We can design and manufacture different sizes of flasks according to your requirements. Additionally, we produce flasks and pallet cars based on customer drawings and technical specifications.

1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional supplier of casting machinery manufacturing.
2. How can I get some samples?
If you need samples, we are happy to provide them free of charge, but new clients are expected to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make castings according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still create samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make castings based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples and create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile testing machine to control mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) as a non-destructive testing (NDT) method to check for internal defects in castings.
