2. How can I get some samples?
If you need samples, we are happy to provide them free of charge. However, new clients are expected to pay the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawing, 2D or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still produce samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples and create drawings for tooling production.
5. What's your quality control device in house?
We have a spectrometer for chemical property monitoring, a tensile test machine for mechanical property control, and UT Sonic as an NDT method to check internal defects in castings.
