The five vulcanization workshops and the corresponding five heating stations are located in different areas and are the places with the highest steam consumption. In order to effectively use the steam once and reduce waste, we take the following measures according to our actual situation:

(1) All heating stations use direct contact oxygen removal heaters instead of the original shell and tube indirect heaters to increase the steam utilization rate;

(2) As the vulcanizing machine is frequently started and stopped, the requirement for the trap is high. At present, the domestic trap is difficult to meet the needs, often damaged, resulting in a large number of steam leakage, our company according to the tire production process requirements with the external pressure temperature As a control parameter to control the intake and drain control valve, replace the trap with a drainage control valve, and receive significant results;

(3) Formulate energy-linked assessment methods and implement energy quota assessment;

(4) Adjust the steam return steam pipe network. In the summer, the same steam is used as the steam supply heat source for the refrigeration unit. In the winter, the steam is used as the heat source for heating to reduce the amount of steam once to achieve the purpose of saving steam.

Condensate recovery is a practical energy-saving technology for improving the steam heating system. Choosing a good recovery system can avoid the waste of large amounts of secondary steam and bring significant economic benefits to the company. It has the following problems:

(1) A large amount of secondary steam is discharged into the air, which wastes thermal energy and causes environmental pollution.

(2) The temperature of the condensate is high, the transfer pump is often vaporized and damaged, and it is not guaranteed that the condensate is normally recovered and part of the heat energy is discharged.

In view of this, we have reformed the condensate recovery system, and designed and produced a condensate recovery tank by ourselves so that the secondary steam can fully contact with the newly added room-temperature demineralized water to improve the absorption efficiency. The modified condensate recovery system passes through the tank. The demineralized water at room temperature is supplemented by heat exchange with the secondary steam. The exchanged hot water is sent to the company's hot water stations and boilers as make-up water by the water pump, and the heat energy is effectively used. The improved recovery system has achieved significant economic and social benefits.

Therefore, through the enhancement of technological transformation, an effective energy management model has been established. At the source, through the improvement of the coal combustion efficiency, and using a part of the unburnt coal cinder in the chain furnace, low-consumption and high-yield are achieved, and the secondary steam generated by the production is recovered. It saves a lot of energy and brings obvious economic benefits to the company.
