Japan Toyota Synthetic Corp. recently announced that it will invest approximately 900 million yen in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China to establish Toyota Synthetic Rubber and Plastics Co., Ltd., which manufactures automotive door and window seals.
The capital of the joint venture company is 8 million U.S. dollars, Toyota synthesis company contributes 60%, Taiyu rubber company in Taiwan pays 35%, and Toyota Tsusho company invests 5%. The factory will be put into production in November this year and the products will be sold to Guangzhou Honda Company.
