First, the construction workers must wear safety helmets, safety belts, gloves before wearing the tower crane, wear soft non-slip shoes, the clothes need to be flexible, and the sleeves and trousers should be tight.
Second, it is strictly forbidden to carry the tools, equipment and materials to climb the tower crane. Tools, equipment and materials should be found in the relevant person in charge of the construction site to coordinate the tower crane driver to help hoist the tower crane platform.
3. After reaching the tower crane platform, first fix the other end of the seat belt on the inner guard bar of the tower crane.
4. The ball machine is generally installed on the side facing the construction site. The cross arm of the ball machine is fixed: the upper two holes are fastened to the crossbar of the guardrail by a steel cable tie, and a 10CM long Guide Rail is attached below, and then The wire secures the cross arm to the rail.

Sixth, the circuit deployment process. The ball machine power cord and the 220V power cord must be sheathed, and then tied with a cable tie or wire along the railing. The line should be “horizontal and vertical and beautifulâ€, and the cable tie should be evenly spaced and should not exceed 15CM.
Seven, wiring. The 220V mains access is automatically re-closed to the pile, and the power plug of the ball machine is inserted. The power cable of the ball machine is as shown below: the two power wires of the ball machine are docked with the two wires of the 24V power supply, and are wrapped with electrician glue. The joint is sleeved in the bellows, and all the wires of the ball are hidden in the cross arm.
Eight, take power. Generally, the lower platform of the tower crane has a control box for the lighting, and the wire can be connected to the lower pile of one of the fuses. Before the power is connected, the power point should be tested with a multimeter or an electric pen. Note: Do not receive the lower level of the time control switch. When the lower level of the tower crane does not have a lighting control box, it is also possible to take power in the power distribution box of the tower crane operating room.
