Flanges are also called flange flange plates or flanges. Flange connection or flange joint is a detachable connection between three parts, including flange, gasket and bolt, as a group of combined sealing structures. Pipe flanges refer to flanges used for piping in piping installations, and are used on equipment to refer to import and export flanges of equipment. There are holes in the flange, and the bolts make the two flanges close. The flange is sealed with a cushion.
Flanges are used in pairs. Low pressure pipes can be welded with flanges, and welding flange is more than four kg of pressure. Seal gaskets between the two flanges and fasten them with bolts. Connection mode:
Flange connection is the two pipes, fittings or equipment, first each fixed on a flange, two flanges, plus flanged pads, bolts fastened together, completed the connection. Some pipe fittings and equipment have their own flange, and also belong to flange connection. Flange connection is an important connection way in pipeline construction. Flange connection is easy to use and can withstand great pressure. In industrial pipelines, the pipes are small and low in the family, and flanged connections are not visible.
